1. Products

All our jewelry is carefully selected from trusted suppliers. Images are for reference only—slight variations may occur.

2. Orders

Once your order is confirmed, it is automatically sent to our supplier. Changes cannot be guaranteed after confirmation.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in EUR, inclusive of VAT. Sikali Jewelries reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

4. Shipping

Delivery time: 7 to 14 business days on average

Free shipping on orders over €50

Tracking is available once the order is shipped

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or customs.

5. Returns & Claims

You have 14 days after delivery to request a return

Items must be unworn, in original packaging

Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the item is defective or incorrect
